Tru Massage Requires a minimum of 3 hour cancelation/ rescheduling.  Please arive 5-10min early for your appointment to ensure the appointment starting on time. 
If arrive more then 5min after the scheduled time massage will still be ended at original end time as we only leave 10-15min between each client so it is essential arrive by time of scheduled appt slot we reserved for you.
