At Tru Massage Therapy, we understand that life happens, so we only require a 3-hour notice to cancel or change appointment times instead of the 12 or 24 hours enforced in most businesses. You may cancel or move your appointment to a different day or time for free up until that 3-hour window before your appointment; however, we do ask that you please respect both our staff and other clients by giving at least a 3-hour notice.

Anything under a 3-hour notice will be a $50 fee.
Failure to show up at the agreed upon appointment time with no call before an appointment will be charged full service price.

Please note before booking that we require a credit card on file for all appointments due to our cancellation policy. On the day of your appointment, please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start each service at the scheduled time.

A detox wrap involves applying a seaweed gel filled with ingredients that release impurities and stimulate circulation. You will feel some heat along with some light perspiration. This procedure helps remove toxins and introduces vitamins and minerals into the body in order to promote health and healing.
