Erika Spampinato
Erika has been a physical therapist since 2018, after earning her clinical doctorate from the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Movement Science with a minor in Nutrition from Winona State University, which she obtained in 2014. Additionally, she is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has worked as a personal trainer since 2014.
Erika’s experience includes treating patients aged 7 to 105 for various conditions, ranging from orthopedic issues to complex medical conditions like stroke rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love, whether for leisure, sports, or daily living. Over the years, she has found manual therapy techniques to be extremely beneficial in recovery. This led her to become certified in dry needling, which allows her to more effectively treat musculoskeletal conditions such as trigger points, arthritis pain, and even migraines. She enjoys combining this with progressive corrective exercises to help her clients achieve their goals.
Erika founded True North Physical Therapy to provide patients with faster access to care, so they can begin their recovery journey sooner. She looks forward to collaborating with other skilled professionals to offer her clients comprehensive wellness services.
Erika’s current hours are Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, with plans to expand as her business grows.

Licensed Massage Therapist
Krista Vanden Bosch
Krista has been a licensed massage therapist, practicing on and off, since 2016 and is passionate about helping her clients feel relaxed and refreshed.
Her massage therapy journey started when she was involved in a car accident at the age of 15 that left her sore and with limited range of motion. After she was referred to a massage therapist by her chiropractor, she was intrigued by the power of healthing through touch.
Fast forward to years later after she graduated, Krista found herself working for the same chiropractor who introduced her to massage. As a mother of four, she eventually decided to open a daycare to have more time with her children. Now that the kids are old enough, she decided it was time to go back to the healing touch of massage and is now a full time massage therapist.
Krista’s massages are sure to leave you relaxed. Her therapeutic style and deep pressure works to fix any problem area. She’s excited to work with her clients to help relieve any pain or stress.

She then went on to study at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to learn the skills of health coaching. Her integrative approach draws from her formal training and clinical experience in Shiatsu Therapy, Trigger-Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage and Swedish Massage, as well as her knowledge of the effect that Primary Food (lifestyle) has on Secondary Food (food you eat). Jasmine combines all these skills with her intuitive sensibilities to create a unique and thorough experience with lasting effects. She is grateful to be able to educate others on the many ways we can prevent pain and dis-ease through a wholesome diet, exercise, and regular bodywork.
Her work is guided by her belief that bodywork therapies and personal empowerment are essential in preventing dis-ease, as well as healing chronic pain-related issues. Whether you are looking for simple mind-body centering or seeking deep healing, Jasmine looks forward to assisting you!

Allison Neukirchen, LMT, AMMP
I became a licensed therapist in 2016. Coming from a background as an EMT I was immeditly not satisfied with doing simple relaxation massage. I started taking continuing education classes shortly after education in subjects like reflexology, prenatal, and deep tissue. I now hold certification in prenatal and post-partum massage, osteopathic and orthopedic massage, basic and advanced manual lymphatic drainage, lyposassage, advanced craniosacral therapy, oncology massage, advanced sports massage, active isolated stretching, myofascial release, trigger point and neuromuscular techniques, muscle activation and scar tissue mobilization, post-surgical massage, and medical massage. I also have a certification as an advanced medical massage practitioner. I am still continuing to take classes, and I am hoping to finish a course in Myoskelatal massage in the coming year.
My mission statement as a massage therapist is to break patterns of pain, restore health, and help her patient's live life to fullest. I will go the extra mile to help you achieve all your goals with massage therapy. This is not my career, this is my calling.
I have been blessed to marry my high school sweetheart Jack, and we have a beautiful fur baby named Shadow the cat. We are excited and hopeful to have children in the near future. I am highly active with my church and in my small town. I love spending time outside in nature, walking, hiking cooking, and Barre classes.
