NO SHOW POLICY
Tru Massage Therapy requires payment at the time of service. We require a minimum of 3-hour cancellation/rescheduling notification to avoid our $40 no show fee. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the scheduled start time of your appointment. If you are late, your massage will still end at originally planned end time to ensure that there is adequate time for the next client to prepare for service. We only schedule 15 minutes between clients so please be on time for your scheduled appointment.
Meet Our Full-Time Staff
Danielle grew up going to school in Sisseton and Freeman, SD. She graduated high school from Freeman in 2003. Graduated from National American University with an Associate degree in Therapeutic Massage in 2008. Danielle previously worked for chiropractors including Vitality Chiropractic. She opened her own massage practice in May 2008 (Tru Massage Therapy). Prior to massage, she was a CNA at nursing homes for 7.5 years. She enjoys working out, being active and especially spending time with her daughter & son. Danielle is also a medic in the SD Air National Guard.
She is specialty trained in Deep Tissue, Tension Migraine Relief, Sports Massages, and Massage Cupping. Danielle chose massage because she enjoys helping others, especially relieving their pain.

Neck/Shoulder, Hot Stone; Low Back/Hip Pain, Massage Cupping, Reflexology, Seated Ashiatsu, and Sports CEU classes.
Heather graduated from Stewart's with her Massage degree Dec 2019. Heather enjoys yoga, working out, helping others and spending time with her kids. She has a heart for wellness and holistic healing. Heather worked for a chiropractor giving massages before joining our team here at Tru Massage May 2020. We are glad to have her as part of our team. Heather specializes in Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish and Hot Stone. She can do as light or as deep as you like, with letting her know what you prefer.

Chantelle graduated from Headlines Academy in Rapid City now known as Paul Mitchell back in 2016 and massaged for two and a half years before taking a break and moving back to South Dakota from Washington State. She enjoys learning new ways of massage and helping her clients feel more like themselves. Outside of work you can find her with her family and looking for new things to craft as well as trying to get back into the workout scene. She specializes in medium to firm Swedish & therapeutic massage but will be expanding her background soon to come, just let her know what pressure you’d like.

Jennifer grew up mainly in Sioux Falls and graduated from Washington HS. After graduation she moved to San Diego, California in 1988. While in San Diego she held various jobs while attending college. Jennifer moved back to Sioux Falls in 1996 and completed her BA at USF in Business Administration. She worked in the accounting field for the past 20 years and in 2018 she decided she needed a change. Always intrigued by holistic healing pathways, Jennifer became interested in Reiki and became certified in January 2018. After becoming Reiki certified she decided that she wanted to be able to integrate both the intuitive art of energy healing with the practical hands on healing approach of massage therapy. She enrolled in the massage program at Stewarts in Sioux Falls and began school in October 2018. Jennifer graduated in April 2019 and after successfully passing the national exam for massage therapists in July; she received her license in September. She loves being able to help heal and connect through massage and is looking forward to this new path and journey she begun here. She specializes in Swedish, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy, Reiki, and Light-Medium/Deep Tissue.
Cara Geist has been working as a massage therapist since 1995. She started out as an RN and decided that therapeutic massage allowed her to partner with her clients to achieve wellness through prevention and alternative care, which is her passion. She graduated CenterPoint School of massage in Minnesota, which trained her in Swedish, Integrative, sports/deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy. She went on to train in Russian rehabilitation massage.
Cara enjoys serving clients through massage with a variety of needs, with the goal of helping people live their best possible life.
Hours: 2-3 days/wk evenings 4-9pm and 2 saturdays a month 10-4
Jezebel is our newest Receptionist as of Dec 2020, working full time Days, primarily working 8am-2pm M-F
Kylie joined us in November and helps our clients feel welcome and is available to answer any questions anyone has about our services, scheduling, MindBody app, or any extra things that come to mind. Kylie is also available for bookings in Ear Candling when Danielle or Jennifer can't. Kylie is working various hours over the holidays but will be primarily working 2-9pm starting mid December
Molly works at a bank full time & has been helping us with answering phone, checking clients out and entering data into computer Tuesdays 5:30-9pm and some saturday afternoons since December 2018.
Jaylee is a Senior at Harrisburg High school. Jaylee joined TMT Oct 2020 working 1-2 evenings week and couple saturdays month to help with client checkouts and computer data.
