FULL SPECTRUM YOGA 4 PERSON INFRARED SAUNA...Our Clearlight True WaveTM Full Spectrum heaters emit about 1/3 near infrared, 1/3 mid infrared and 1/3 far infrared. The following are some of the benefits of full spectrum infrared therapy: Near Infrared The shortest wavelength, and will be absorbed just below the surface of the skin creating a sweat that promotes healing and revitalization. Mid Infrared A longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into the body’s soft tissue increasing circulation, releasing oxygen to reach injured areas. Far Infrared The longest wavelength which penetrates the fat cells causing vasodilation, where the fat cells vibrate to expel toxins, resulting in the greatest levels of detoxification and stimulate your metabolism to aide in weight-loss
