Seaweed Gel Detox Wrap

The procedure:

The therapist begins with a full-body dry brush followed by the application of seaweed gel. You are then wrapped in warm blankets for 20min before the gel is removed with steamy towels. Finally, the therapist will apply moisture-rich hydrating lotion.

The Gel:

A ready-to-use gel that contains sea kelp for metabolic stimulation and nutrient-rich Klamath Blue-Green Algae to hydrate and detoxify. The active moisturizer base includes willow bark extract, aloe vera oil, Vitamin E, rosehip seed oil, lavender, and a touch of fragrance to lift spirits. This special combination of ingredients gives off a pleasant scent to enhance your experience.

What to Expect:

Before Your Appointment:

We have disposable undergarments to wear during or you can bring extra clean pair for after wrap if you would prefer to wear your own.

Drink lots of water to help the detoxification process.

Avoid hair removal for at least 24 hours.

Reduce or eliminate your intake of caffeine.

Avoid body lotion and cream for 24 hours.

 

After Your Appointment:

Do not eat a large/heavy meal for the next 24 hours. 

Avoid alcohol, caffeine, or fizzy drinks for at least 24 hours after the treatment. 

Avoid bathing or showering for preferably 12 hours, to allow the products to continue working.
